MegaMillions produces a winner

Many world lottery games have been carry staggering jackpots for a while now, including the US multi state lottery game MegaMillions, which  has continued to climb after  rolling over for many weeks. This lottery game, alongside the Italian Lottery game, SuperEnalotto, has  been one of the most watched lottery jackpots in the world over recent weeks. After the draw on Friday 29th January a lucky player will be celebrating after the MegaMillions produces a winner, leaving someone a massive $144 million richer, making the start of February 2010 a life changing month for them.

The winner is yet to come forward so there are very few detail available about this MegaMillions win, but we can reveal that the winning ticket belongs to someone from Texas.

There were other lottery games that were boasting huge roll over jackpot last week, one of which was the other multi state lottery, PowerBall. This again rolls over for another week, which is great news for the states who have opted in to cross sell tickets for MegaMillions and PowerBall, as PowerBall players who are able to buy lottery tickets for this game for the first time in their home state, will be playing for a massive $107 million jackpot.
